Lisa Messenger is the vibrant, game-changing founder and CEO of Collective Hub. She launched Collective Hub as a print magazine in 2013 with no experience in an industry that people said is either dead or dying. Collective Hub has since grown into an international multimedia business and lifestyle platform with multiple verticals across print, digital, events and more recently, co-working spaces – all of which serve to ignite human potential.
Lisa is an international speaker, best-selling author, and an authority on disruption in both the corporate sector and the start-up scene. She well and truly traverses an array of industries, having been engaged to speak across the globe for organisations including IBM, L’Oreal, Telstra, Facebook, C3 Church, Commonwealth Bank, CPA Australia, Purina, Harcourts, McDonalds, and Estee Lauder. She has headlined events including the National Achievers Congress, Melbourne Spring Fashion Week, she opened the Adelaide Fashion Festival and closed Mercedes Benz Sydney Fashion Week. In 2016, Lisa co-chaired the Virgin Way panel with Sir Richard Branson and in 2017, was invited to speak at prestigious global media conference FIPP in London.
Lisa’s experience in publishing has seen her produce over 400 custom-published books for companies and individuals as well as having authored and co-authored 16 herself. Most notably, Lisa charted her ride to success with her best-selling book Daring & Disruptive, which saw her sign a global distribution deal with Simon & Schuster in New York. Its sequel Life & Love reached #1 on Booktopia, Money & Mindfulness hit best-selling status within the first month. Breakups & Breakthroughs soon followed, then came Daring & Disruptive, an insightful and soulful account of the entrepreneur’s roller-coaster ride. Lisa then channeled her entrepreneurial energy into Purpose. A book about how to find your ‘why’ and the rest will look after itself.
